Jesse Dylan Bradstreet
Visual Effects Supervisor - Director - Photographer
Inspired by film at a young age, Jesse started a career in film and television at the impressionable age of 17. Starting at the ground floor he worked in almost every department, from runner, to data backup and management, clay and digital modeling, texturing, compositing, creature and effects animation, and pipeline development. Since those early beginnings, he has stepped into the roles of Animation Director and Visual Effects Supervisor where his breadth of knowledge has helped him understand all aspects of production from the artists on the floor, to project quoting, client management, on-set supervision and direction.
During more than eight years at C.O.R.E. Digital in Toronto duties included: quoting potential work, interviewing artists and project managers, helping design the company demo reel, entertaining clients, refining rendering and project management pipelines, directing 2nd unit and element shoots, and supervising a team of up to 40 animators, compositors, matte painters and technical artists. After a year's hiatus, focusing on personal projects, Jesse has joined the team at Animal Logic in Sydney to quote, supervise and direct in the TVC department.
Having worked in every aspect of visual effects, Jesse is comfortable supervising both 2D and 3D effects, and directing on-set and in-house. His love of the work from both sides of the desk, help him achieve the best results for any project, short format or feature length. A love of travel, and the benefit of dual citizenship (Canadian/British), means no location is too far.
