Jesse Bradstreet > The parties and innumerable stories that came from our time with these people compromise a list longer than the people themselves. Nights on Paddle Bay with ten to twenty people were usually held once a month, with a couple people twirling poi on the water's edge to a soundtrack of half a dozen guitars and the odd didgeridoo. If there wasn't a theme party held at the Staff Bar (the Pimps 'n' Hos party a defining moment on the island) there was always someone up for a beer or a game of pool. Many nights at the resort's Discovery Bar once the guests had gone home, and countless others in Kyle's place, my place or somewhere in between. And without fail there followed the whispers the morning after. If there wasn't a story of skinny dipping, or sightings of two (or more) people disappearing behind closed doors, it just meant the act went unnoticed. If I actually went into the details of any of the nights mentioned I'm sure I'd face a law suit or two. But it was all part of that weird time we all spent on an island together. One that will never be forgotten.

And then there was the alternate universe in Airlie Beach. Where island life was confined and populated by a set cast, Airlie exploded at night with automobiles and people we didn't know. Yet Airlie Beach, by all accounts is just a small town. The main strip is covered by foot in ten minutes or less, and that includes a stop to talk to one of the many “local” travellers, people you've met before who have yet to escape the grasp of the oddity that is Airlie Beach.
Jesse Bradstreet > Priceless.
Jesse Bradstreet > "T" and Kyle posing as pimps. I'm not sure what they're pimping, but I doubt they're bringing a whole lot ta scratch.
Jesse Bradstreet > There they goes. Them Pimps 'n' Hoes.
Jesse Bradstreet > Perhaps I stand corrected.
